Event instructions

Read before reaching the venue.

FreshGen Fiesta '26 is on 21 September 2026. Entry is allowed only until 1:00 PM. No entry will be allowed after 1:00 PM.

Registration and QR code are mandatory for entry.
Wristband and food coupon will be issued at entry. Lost food coupons will not be replaced.
No exit will be allowed once entry has been made.
No outside food, delivery, liquids, or eatables will be permitted.
Carry only small bags and take care of personal belongings.
University buses operate 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. No bus service will be provided after the 10:00 PM event conclusion.
Liquor, alcohol, intoxicants, smoking, weapons, firearms, sharp objects, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
Harassment, misconduct, vandalism, unlawful activity, or bringing outsiders will invite disciplinary action.
No outsiders are allowed. Entry is restricted to registered and eligible students.
